I think the uni one is pretty self explanitory- especially after that scene where gamma and aria were implied to be sleeping together. and then *poof* a child shows up right after her mothers death. 

I just want to know who are the cervello bitches, and who unfroze xanxus. 

The cervello are  most likely tangible manifestations of kawahira’s illusions. much like how verde’s machine was able to turn illusions into real life objects-and what the hell ever happened to that by the way?)
